tideyy has implemented measures to operate safely. The health and well-being of our customers, cleaning partners, and part time maids will always be the priority.
Our Esteemed Partners
We at tideyy will update our safety protocol from time to time to ensure that all parties are safe at all time. Not only is tideyy ensuring its cleaners or partners are well attaining to strict Covid-19 guidelines and SOP, but our cleaners will also practice the following:
- Follow social distancing guidelines
- Wash their hands upon entering and frequently
- Wear a mask before entering into premises and during job at all times
- If exposed to COVID-19, will not clean until being tested negative and/or pass the quarantine guideline as per the Ministry of Health (MoH) department
Our Valued Customers
We likewise ask that you, as our valued customer, will take necessary steps & precautionary measures to keep our cleaners safe. Prior to your booking, please determine whether in the past 5 days, you or your household members have:
- Experienced COVID-19 symptoms
- Tested positive for COVID-19
- Had close contact with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 cases
If any of the above apply to you, we strongly encourage that you do not schedule a cleaning service with us until it is deemed safe to do so. In any case that you will need to reschedule or cancel your session due to any illness or unfortunate circumstances, do contact our customer service team immediately at email or WhatsApp us, and we will be glad to assist you.
Do take note that tideyy will have the rights to forfeit any ongoing session if found that you are experiencing any of the above 3 and your session has not been cancelled or rescheduled to another day.
