Information needed to use Tideyy App We collect personal information about you when you use Tideyy App. Without it, we may not be able to provide all services requested. This information includes:

Contact Information, Account, Profile Information. Such as your name, phone number, address, email, and gender.
Identify Verification and Payment information. Such as images of your government issued ID (as permitted by applicable laws), your ID number, bank account or payment account information.

Information you choose to give us You can choose to provide us with additional personal information. This information may include:

Information About Others. Such as a payment instrument belonging to another person. By providing us with personal information about others, you certify that you have permission to provide that information to Tideyy for the purposes described in this Policy, have shared the Tideyy Privacy Policy with them, and they have read and understood that it applies to them.

Such as when you fill in a form, add information to your account, respond to surveys, post to community forums, participate in promotions, communicate with our customer care team and other Members, or share your experience with us. This may include health information if you choose to share it with us.

If you link, connect, or login to the Tideyy App with a third party service (e.g. Google, Facebook), you direct the service to send us information such as your registration, friends list, and profile information as controlled by that service or as authorised by you via your privacy settings at that service.
Referrals. If you are invited to the Tideyy App, the person who invited you can submit personal information about you such as your email address or other contact information.

How we use information we collect

Develop and improve Tideyy App Such as to:

enable you to access Tideyy App and make and receive payments,
process your request,
perform analytics, debug and conduct research,
provider customer service, training,
send you messages, updates, security alerts, and account notifications,
if you provide us with your contacts' information, such as your friends, we may process this information to facilitate your referral invitations and to facilitate your requests or for any other purpose you authorise, and
personalise and customise your experience based on your interactions with the Tideyy App, your search and booking history, your profile information and preferences, and other content you submit.

Improve our advertising and marketing For example to:

personalise, measure, and improve our advertising, and
administer referral programs, rewards, surveys, contests, or other promotional activities.

Provide payment services Personal information is used to enable, or authorise third parties to use, Payment Services such as to:

detect and prevent money laundering, fraud, abuse, and security incidents,
conduct security investigations and risk assessments, and provide and improve Payment Services.
