How does Tideyy works?

We make homes clean, tidy, and safe.

Our cleaners are insured and trained to deliver on Tideyy's checklists.

We also provide an easy, 100% cashless way to book, schedule, provide feedback, and manage all your cleaning appointments online.

Are your cleaners fully vaccinated?

Yes. You can refer to our Safety Protocols.

What if your cleaners are late or did not turn up?

If our cleaners are late to your home, they will work for the additional duration they are late for. You can rest assured that we will not compromise on our work quality.

However, if the cleaners did not turn up, we will offer a full refund back to you or you may opt to reschedule the session to another day for free.

Is Tideyy pet safe?

We love animals, but they don't always love us. If you think your pet may become overly anxious while we are there, please make temporary arrangements while we are in your home. We will ask about pets during the online booking process.

Does someone need to be present?

Whether or not you're at the space during your cleaning appointment is up to you! When you make a booking, you'll be prompted to give us entry instructions. If you have a doorman or can hide a key somewhere, there's no need for you to be home. Or, feel free to stick around during the clean (but please follow social distancing guidelines). Whatever you're most comfortable with is fine.

In any case, please don't forget about your appointments. We'll remind you with an email or text message, but if the cleaner can't get in the door by following your entry instructions, or if you aren't home when you said you would be, your booking session will be forfeited.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

The below are the tools and supplies which we would recommend our customers to prepare in order to have a pleasant cleaning experience with us. However, do take note that not all items are compulsory & we will do with what is provided for us.

Can I give specific instructions to the cleaners and ask for special requests?
Yes, special instructions can be left for the cleaning professional when you schedule your appointment online. After the clean is complete, you can rate your Tideyy experience and provide feedback submitting to booking@tideyy.com.
What if I do not have mop, bucket, or vacuum?

If you do not have them, our cleaners will not be able to properly clean the areas.

However, you may request our cleaner to bring our tools for a fee in the booking process.

Why do you get office clean?

We understand that a clean workspace can reduce the likelihood of employees getting sick, thus allowing your business to be more productive (and more profitable). We follow best practices in eliminating pathogens such as bacteria and viruses.

Is there manager oversight?

Absolutely. TIdeyy takes pride in on our quality control. Our manager typically joins the cleaners on their first clean, and follows up periodically, by email and in person, to make sure we consistently do a great job. Additionally, we value client feedback and encourage our clients to communicate with us when their needs change.

Does Tideyy bring its own supplies and equipment for commercial spaces?

Unfortunately as of now, we do not provide tools or supplies for our cleaning services.

However, you may request our cleaner to bring our tools for a fee in the booking process.

How do I pay for my clean?

You may make payment via internet banking (FPX), credit card or e-wallet. Our customer service team will be sending you a link with the options mentioned. However, you may opt to direct bank in to us and send us the payment receipt once the payment has been made.

What is your rescheduling & cancellation policy?

Should you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please contact our customer service at +6017-884 8674. Any rescheduling or cancellation made 2 hours prior to the booking sessions will be refunded back to you or we can reschedule a new session for you to another date for free. We do not advice any form of rescheduling or cancellation within 2 hours of booking session as your booking will be forfeited.
